At EGOHONY, your satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund process, fully aligned with Google Merchant Center guidelines.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

🔄 How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at support@egorhony.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if needed.

  2. Our team will respond within 1 business day with return instructions and the return address.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund.

💸 Refunds

  • If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is defective or incorrect).

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used honey products cannot be returned for safety and quality reasons.

  • Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a full refund or replacement.
